Reservations for Workshops and Seminars:

-You can reserve your spot for all events by emailing your request. Please include your name, phone number, the name of the guest, and the date of the workshop. You need not include the description!

-We will confirm your reservation within 24 hours, either by phone or email. IF YOU DON’T HEAR FROM US WITHIN 24 HOURS, WE DID NOT GET YOUR RESERVATION. Please try us again.

*Note: If you email reservations after 6pm on a Friday, we will not respond until Monday. If, after 6pm on a Friday, you need to cancel a reservation for that weekend, you MUST call the ACG number!

-If the workshop is full, you will be placed on a waiting list in case of cancellations. You may also come the day of, and hope to get in on stand-by. Stand by is first come, first serve.

 
Payment:

-All workshops are $35, unless otherwise listed. We also offer discounted packages of 4 for $120, and they expire six-months from date of purchase.

-Payment can be made with cash or a check at the time of the workshop. If you prefer to pay via credit card, we will invoice you through our PayPal payment system (you do NOT have to be a PayPal member to pay via this method). All returned checks will be charged a fee.

             
Cancellations:

-Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

-You can cancel by calling 323.376.9411, or by emailing us.

-We will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours. If we do not, please call / email again.

-All late cancellations must be paid for within 24 hours of cancellation.

 
If you are late:

-Please call 323.376.9411 and let us know you are running late. Your spot will only be held for 15 minutes unless we hear from you.

-If we do not hear from you, you may lose your spot to a stand-by, and you will be charged.

 
Disclaimer:

All of our guests are scheduled in advance. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen cancellations by said guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The ACG also reserves the right to terminate membership at any time. By submitting information, the member agrees to release the ACG of any liability. Workshops are not a job interview or an audition. The presence of a casting director or producer is not a guarantee of employment. Workshops are for educational purposes only.
